- THIS RV REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING REPAIRS:
- Water Damage ceiling in central roof panel area (middle of coach) and partway down both central sidewalls, behind shower and behind fridge ... from leak in skylight. Some minor de-lamination caused in those areas of sidewall (about 36-40 inches in diameter) Some H2O intrusion in front passenger corner of roof as well (approx 12-inch square area) and near entrance door.
- Voyager has done full reseal ... but recommended fixes would be to have the roof redone/dried out then re-skinned, and then also could choose to repair the central ceiling panels and adjacent sidewalls from the inside.
- Approx Retail RV Shop Rate value of repairs are Approx $25,000 - $35,000 ... depending on what repairs are deemed as being necessary by you. (Could be closer to half-this price range for Customers with Handyman skills or RV Trades skills of course)
- -Important to Note: This coach is in Excellent Condition Mechanically, with Low Kms, The Interior and Exterior of this coach is also in Excellent Condition - only 2 Owners who used sparingly, and All Appliances and Systems are in good working condition.
