I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to the staff and management of Voyager RV. We bought our used 2006 Sportscoach Encore Diesel Pusher. Voyager put us up in a nearby park for two nights to get used to the unit as well they were nearby to service the unit. On our trip to the coast there were a few kinks that had to be looked after which we paid for and Voyager true to their word covered the cost of most of it. Hi Jason, We had a very enjoyable trip driving our Georgetown back to Kamloops. Larry was soon comfortable with the motorhome, and once we were home he said he was ready for a trip any time! Mom did actually find an RV, she went down for the show and made a wrong turn just before getting there and found a private sale. She ended up getting a 2007 24' Triple E with 2 slides for what we think is a great price.

I am very happy with the service provided by Jason. In fact, your dealership's service has been second to none on all questions answered and we have been communicating with many many dealerships (US & Canada) in search of the right unit for us. Although we have not seen the unit, I found Jason's price quote (see attached) to be reasonable and this is the first I've heard of the $500 fuel card, making it more attractive to consider a visit to your lot. It's easy to complain about poor after sale service, and easier to forget to compliment those that got the extra mile to ensure that their customer receives the highest standard of after sale service that can be provided. I bought a new motor home from Voyager RV in June of 2006, and have enjoyed excellent warranty service ever since. This despite the fact that Calgary and Winfield are situated some 594km apart, about an eight-hour drive.

I'll tell you a little of how I arrived at your door. I was interested in seeing the Itasca Cambria or Winnebago Aspect (26A). The two local dealers were not interested in having the 26A in their line. I inquired of Winnebago as to where either could be viewed, and was directed to Voyager RV. I called your dealership and spoke to Ian Mercer, one of your sales people, and arranged a time to fly out for a demonstration of the RV. I liked what I saw, and at this point I could have easily returned to Calgary and ordered a unit locally. I was so impressed with Ian's honesty and straightforward way of doing business; I chose not to do so. I felt he had earned the sale, and he should get my business. I have not regretted that decision.

My dealings with your service department have been equally pleasurable. I have had a few warranty issues that, because of distance, have been a bit complex to coordinate. Ron Brown, your Service Advisor, and his predecessor Jason Semeniuk have always been able to enlist the cooperation of Itasca and a local Itasca dealer to get things done. While I have had warranty service with your own service department, that eight-hour drive is a problem, unless I am in Winfield for another purpose.

I am pleased that I bought my motor home from Voyager RV. Your people are a pleasure to do business with. I think what sets them apart from others, is their obvious integrity and a willingness to make the extra effort to see that the customer's needs are satisfied to the best of their ability. Congratulations on receiving the Winnebago's "Top Itasca Dealer in Canada" award. You certainly deserve it.
