My wife and I wanted to trade our 2003 Sunova 30B in for a new 2011 Itasca Sunova 33C Class A. We tried all across Canada looking for the RV. Thanks to Allan Roberts, a salesman at Voyager RV Centre, we closed a deal and had the RV special ordered.

Voyager RV Centre is definitely #1 as we had to travel from Thunder Bay Ontario (1,700 miles one-way) and would do it again.

We experienced a flat tire shortly after we began our trip home. Jason Friesen, the sales manager at Voyager RV, refunded a portion of the new tire that I had to purchase. An action such as this shows you how the dealership is. We sure wish Voyager RV was closer to us. Thanks guys.

Voyager put us up in a nearby park for two nights to get used to the unit as well they were nearby to service the unit. Mom did actually find an RV, she went down for the show and made a wrong turn just before getting there and found a private sale. She ended up getting a 2007 24' Triple E with 2 slides for what we think is a great price.

It's easy to complain about poor after sale service, and easier to forget to compliment those that got the extra mile to ensure that their customer receives the highest standard of after sale service that can be provided. I bought a new motor home from Voyager RV in June of 2006, and have enjoyed excellent warranty service ever since. This despite the fact that Calgary and Winfield are situated some 594km apart, about an eight-hour drive.

I'll tell you a little of how I arrived at your door. I was interested in seeing the Itasca Cambria or Winnebago Aspect (26A). The two local dealers were not interested in having the 26A in their line. I inquired of Winnebago as to where either could be viewed, and was directed to Voyager RV. I called your dealership and spoke to Ian Mercer, one of your sales people, and arranged a time to fly out for a demonstration of the RV. I liked what I saw, and at this point I could have easily returned to Calgary and ordered a unit locally. I was so impressed with Ian's honesty and straightforward way of doing business; I chose not to do so. I felt he had earned the sale, and he should get my business. I have not regretted that decision.

My dealings with your service department have been equally pleasurable. I have had a few warranty issues that, because of distance, have been a bit complex to coordinate. Ron Brown, your Service Advisor, and his predecessor Jason Semeniuk have always been able to enlist the cooperation of Itasca and a local Itasca dealer to get things done. While I have had warranty service with your own service department, that eight-hour drive is a problem, unless I am in Winfield for another purpose.

I am pleased that I bought my motor home from Voyager RV. Your people are a pleasure to do business with. I think what sets them apart from others, is their obvious integrity and a willingness to make the extra effort to see that the customer's needs are satisfied to the best of their ability. Congratulations on receiving the Winnebago's "Top Itasca Dealer in Canada" award. You certainly deserve it.

On sat Mar 19,2011, we accepted our new Sprindale 267nh ssr, and it was delivered. Our going to the rv show last weekend cinched the deal. Mal Fancey, must have shown us at least 8 units, and we already kind of knew what we wanted. He was very attentive and able to answer our questions.He said I think the one you want is on the lot and sent us out to see Bruce, it was on the lot. We purchased it next day. While we were looking my brotherinlaw asked us to view the 1881 Lance for him as he wanted to buy as well, but was still comparing to one in Kamloops, and 2 at another dealer in Kelowna, we went home and told him it was a really nice unit, and what he was looking for. He will purchse Mar 22. This is our third unit from Voyager, our first one was a big camper purchesed about 1992, out second was a 25 ft. fifthwheel. We have been very pleased with our deals and rigs, and would purchse again here, because what makes the difference is how the staff deal with you for us...Thanks Mal and Bruce.

Pat and I want to thank you, and your staff ,for the professionalism shown to us from the sales, finance, parts, and service in purchasing our out standing Pinnacle. We made it home fine it started to rain at Cache Creek but no problems, I find it amazing how it tows over a pull trailer, no sway and no moving around when the heavy trucks go by. I have it now parked in our back yard for the winter, today, I am going to locate a cover for it and as well.
