Unbelieveable experience with Voyager RV in Lake Country. We have been using Voyager RV Service Department for over a year now, for a number of recalls and minor repairs to our Winnebago adventure van and been very pleased with the work. Pricing is fair, especially if you purchased your RV from them (15% discount) and the service team inspire confidence.

The most recent task was to replace our roof AC with a MaxxAir fan. Replacing the unused (and impractical) AC unit enables us to carry a canoe and provided a low enough roof profile to store our van under our carport. Voyager RV Service department found a roof vent solution that worked really well with our existing MaxxAir fan (adding a single remote control that controls both units) and did a professional install job plus met a time crunch that we had.

Vicki (Customer Service) and Ali (Service Department Coodinator) are really great to work with, very thorough and super helpful. And all of the technicians that I have dealt with to-date (both senior and junior) have been very competent, knowledgeable about Winnebago products and taken a professional approach.

I strongly recommend using Voyager RV Service department for your recall, service work and especially for upgrades!

She explained to Glenn exactly how he needed to do the hook and unhook the stabilizer bars. She was impressive at her work which is sometimes not so easy since telling a man how to do the hook up of a trailer rubs them the wrong way coming from a young but well trained young lady. Next was Rob who walked us through the inside use of appliances, lights and all the things inside the trailer he was very helpful, also very efficient and made us very very comfortable as did the others involved in the purchase of our Grand Design Imagine. The Voyager sales staff was an amazing resource for me as I walked through my thought process for considering a new Class B RV. Unbelievable experience at Voyager RV. The sales person (Ryan Serwa) that assisted us was very accommodating and super helpful. Our Dog had serious issues on our way up to Kelowna to pick up the Revel Van that we purchased. So, allow me to regale you with a tale of "Our great MotorHome purchase".
It all began way back in late January when we noticed an advertisement for a used Fleetwood 34DS MotorHome and we made an inquiry over the internet through your website. A gentleman returned our inquiry with a little more information on the coach providing us with a video tour of the coach which we found to be very helpful so we decided to make the trek from Penticton to Lake Country to view the coach first hand. Our first attempt to travel up was cancelled and a subsequent appointment was made for January 23rd, however, due to increasing interest our agent suggested we place a refundable deposit to hold the unit until arrival. Prior to us arriving I compiled a list of 21 questions in an attempt to get just a little more information prior to us travelling up and He was very fast with researching and sending back the answers to all of our questions. This put us in a much better frame of mind receiving all of the extra information prior to arriving on site. Once we arrived Mike took us on a tour of the coach, set us up to take the coach for a test drive, and when returning we sat down and discussed the possible purchase. With a little bantering back and forth we provided Mike with a counter offer and a deal was reached. One question I had was regarding the 45 day warranty, as it was January, it was agreed to move the warranty dates to run April 1st for the 45 days, which made us very happy to hear. So now it was a matter of deciding on a pick up date and that was to be Feb 5th providing Voyager with a little extra time to correct a few defects we had pointed out. Upon our arrival we dealt with the usual paperwork, insurance etc. and finally went to take possession of the coach. Unfortunately there were still a couple of things that were to have been corrected prior to today but were missed and required repair before taking possession. The service staff came out right away and did the work necessary, along with a lengthy replacement of the step motor we had found on our test drive. All in all it delayed us leaving by a couple of hours and to keep us smiling they presented us with 2 - $50 gas cards which was an especially nice gesture. So although there was a hiccup on delivery day the experience was definitely one of our best in making a major purchase. Our agent was always at our beckon call, even on his days off and made us feel so welcome and important to Voyager. He was able to answer any and all questions that we had and made sure we were happy with choosing Voyager Rv to purchase our RV.
The next phase of our relationship was now switched over to the service department as the 45 day warranty had run its course and there were a number of small issues requiring repair. I was asked to provide a list with pictures which I provided for possible warranty coverage. Here we had to attempt to schedule a date to do the repairs as we planned to use the camping coupon at Holiday RV Park while the repairs were made and with a little juggling on both our parts, an appointment was made. The staff was one of the most pleasant and personable people I have met and throughout our conversations of what was required to repair she went out of her way to make sure all of our wants and desires were met and organised. Upon our appointment day we met our tech, another very personable individual, who did all of the work on our coach. I found that he listened to all I tried to explain and explained all that was being done and then went ahead and performed the necessary repairs easily to our satisfaction.
So now that our purchase has completed I felt it was time to make sure that the sales people, the service people (both behind the counter and in the shop) as well as the parts people (as I had made a purchase there using the gift certificate) all receive our highest appreciation for making us feel comfortable and important to their business and I will most definitely send anyone I know who is looking to purchase an RV your way. If you have not already done so, please be sure to let your employees know that they are carrying out a wonderful job for your company and deserve your heartfelt appreciation for a job well done.

I bought a 750 HS at Voyager site unseen based on some phone calls and emails. I drove from Vancouver Island and picked up the perfect camper for my needs. The staff were amazing and I am so appreciative of the help and service. This camper gives me a level of freedom I absolutely love having , going to the bush with my dogs. They did some aftermarket modifications to the unit based on my requests and it was all ready to go when I arrived. The staff also respected my safety and I felt comfortable being on site at all times. We purchased our used (new to us) Surveyor Select from Voyager RV. Sales team was amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable. Ward Fraser was was amazing, he took the time to give us information on campgrounds in our beautiful province of BC. They repaired everything that we requested to be repaired so that our new trailer was in perfect condition to be used, and all while having a great attitude and even a few laughs together while the work was being done. One fellow in service was even laying in his back in water and getting soaked just to replace a drain valve on the frame rail. My apologies but I don't quite recall your name, but I didn't want your great attitude to go unnoticed as well. All in all I give all the staff that I dealt with at Voyager RV in Winfield 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone.

After purchasing our Grand Design Solitude 321RL in October we left a week later for California and Arizona. We have been in California now for four months and have had no problems with our Solitude . I just thought I would touch base after the purchase of our trailer ( Jay Flight 26BH) on Friday. It was a bit of a long day near by the end and we were in a bit of a rush to get to Kamloops so I didn't get a chance to talk before we left. When we first started out looking, we weren't really too anxious to buy right away unless the right trailer at the right price happened to cross our path; if not we were willing to wait as long as needed. We were told by large amount of people to deal with Voyager and skip Country because the service level at Voyager was the best around. We actually polled everyone we know on Facebook on where the best place to buy was and Voyager got 100% of the votes). When we stopped by to look at the Jayco that we ended up buying, it was done as an afterthought on our way to see another trailer at Country. After dealing with you and then dealing with the guy at Country, I can say first hand I felt much more at ease dealing with you. I was dreading having to negotiate back and forth but you came in bang on where my head was at. That took a huge amount of stress off the whole process. The service we got was top notch all around. Starting with you and all the info you provided us with, the laughs while doing the financing, getting a heads up about my batteries and providing boxes for them, the walk around, and lastly to the young guys fixing the little things we spotted that needed fixing. The amount of work they went through to see what one little switch did was crazy. I was at the point in my mind where I was ok with not knowing but I'm glad they were persistent… turns out the switch was for under the counter accent lighting. Yes it took a while, but we left really feeling that we were taken care of by everyone we dealt with or talked to. At no point did the service level diminish. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone that asks. Like my business, I'm sure people are always very quick to point out where you stumble. I think the better feedback is the good stuff!

I wanted to write and let you know just how pleased Elaine and I are with the Via 25Q but most of all to say a big thank you for making it all possible within such a short time. We loved that you went out of your way to send us a video of the vehicle, it really helped in our decision making process. Everything seemed to be going well until we learned of the damp in our 5th wheel, it was such a shock as we tried to keep the 5th wheel in a good state of repair but it seemed water found its way and caused havoc. On a positive note at least it was discovered now and not left for much longer, I dread to think what another year of water ingress would have done.
Jason was very kind in trying to break the bad news to us in a gentle manner and we appreciate how difficult it must have been to be the bearer of such bad news, everyone was being as kind as possible knowing our situation. In the end it all worked out and I cannot speak to highly of the customer service received from yourself, Logan, Mat, Sheila, Lloyd and Jason who leads by example.
Good customer service is an expectation not always met but the team at Voyager RV exceed in every detail and you turned the day around for us and listened to our needs. You and Mat stayed behind until late in the evening to ensure we understood how to use all the gadgets on the vehicle and answer our questions. It seems Mat knows everything there is to know about RVs, I felt very assured by him imparting his knowledge. Quite simply we are so grateful we found you on the internet and made the journey to you.
There are just a couple of minor issues that Logan has in hand; the faucet, fridge light/lock and spare vehicle key ( I understand the original owner kept a key).
Please be so kind as to pass on a very big thank you to everyone and let them know they made a difference in a very positive way.

We have had a wonderful experience at Voyager RV in Winfield B.C. and would highly recommend purchasing a RV there!

We have purchased a Topaz by Triple E and couldn't be happier with our purchase. We have owned a Triple Motor home before and we determined to get another. With internet searching we were able to find one in B.C. but we live in Central Alberta. They got back to us right away and personally took a video of the unit. He was very thorough and even went on the roof! We liked it but it had to go through the inspection. They did find a leak with the hot water heater but they fixed back to new condition. We received many extra bonuses as part of their Anniversary sale. All this service for an older unit, hard to believe!

We recently traded in a smaller travel trailer for a larger one and due to special circumstances needed to have our new unit available as soon as possible. We were very pleased that they did all they could to accommodate us, speeding up the administrative and pre-delivery process for us, and even helping us move our stuff from the old trailer to the new one. Every one we dealt with at Voyager was most helpful and professional. Special thanks to everyone in sales, and to Sheila in the business office, and also to the others in the detail area who helped us on our way.
We would definitely buy again from Voyager, and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy an RV.

This has been my experience of the Voyager RV organization.

Business end. Even though we had agreed to a price, this is where most retailers come up with different reasons for additional costs. Nope, not you guys, It was exactly what we had agreed too. This is a function of your sales person being honest and knowledgeable, management philosophy of making the buying environment a good memorable experience. They did give me an option for extended warranty. There was no heavy sales push, which is the way it should be.

Insurance. It is nice that it is done in house, better than running around for plates.

Technical Services. There was some challenges trying to get the equalizer hitch adjusted. The supervisor did it right, even though the client was hovering, he took the time to do it right, instead of good enough attitude. Even thou the site was busy, our trailer was expedited out in a very timely manner.

Walk thru. What could be said, you could not find a better person for a job like his. Even though it must be a monotonous job to walk people thru these units, he still made it very informative.

Your business operation can be clearly identified as “Say what you mean, do what you say". The buying experience was made easy by good, honest people, making a honest living providing a high quality service.

I was in the market for a truck camper. There is little call for these in Winnipeg MB and there was little choice in new or used units. So I searched Calgary, Edmonton Kelowna, etc. I finally found a used unit to my liking at Voyager. An Arctic Fox 990. The sales rep made the long distance negotiations easy and addressed all my concerns which was not easy task and took a considerable amount of faith in her, on my part before I decided to make the long trip. When I arrived at the end of March, the camper was as described, ready clean and in pristine condition. The staff at voyage were very friendly and eager to help. The sale was finalized. I spent the first night in the camper in Winfield and unfortunately noticed water running out of bottom the camper in the morning. Back to Voyager, this is where the staff went above and beyond to what I was used to at a dealer. They immediately went to work on the unit removed the bottom changed the leaking pump, replaced all the insulation with better than original R value. It was a full day job and Paul the technician, deserves special mention. With me hovering anxiously over him he performed a thorough job and patiently educated me on the finer points of truck campers. The experience was a good one and the staff made the long trip from Winnipeg to Winfield worth wile.

My wife and I brought our Trillium to Voyager RV in order to deal with a messy warranty issue - they agreed to do work for us even though we had purchased our trailer from someone else. The warranty issue eventually turned ugly as there was little to no communication from the manufacturer of our trailer to Voyager RV, but Voyager worked with us and we were able to settle the situation in a mutually agreeable way. We were treated fairly, professionally and with much courtesy and we look forward to bringing our RV back to this company for any future work!

The level of service that I have received at Voyager has been second to none. Ryan is on top of everything and is always communicating with me on time every time. Although we have yet to purchase an RV, my wife and I would not even consider going anywhere else solely based on the service and commitment that Ryan has provided to us. I think it goes without saying that in this day and age of tight profit margins and the need to promote aggressive sales, the inherent demand for enhanced customer service becomes paramount. With that said, having owned four (4) RV's over the past two decades, I've dealt with a number of sales personnel...Some good, some not so good.

We just purchased our very first used RV ever, and we purchased it from Voyager RV sight unseen, while we were enjoying the winter in Mexico, although my brother Lou and his wife dropped by the lot to look at it.

It was his visit to your lot that fortunately brought Lou in contact with your sales rep. who maintained correspondence with us about the RV while we were enjoying the beautiful beaches.

I think it is fair to say that often we take good people for granted, but I just couldn't let your staffs professional business manner go by unnoticed. The emails including pictures, were sent efficiently, in a friendly business like manner, and provided details that I sought out. They provided the very best efficient service, and followed up immediately on a any questions I had, needless to say I was impressed, and as a result they gained my confidence quickly.
The RV was a small sale compared to purchasing a new unit, but they treated us like it was a big sale! I think it is important for you as manager to hear from buyers like me when your employees are exemplary, and they are just that. Your company should take great pride in having good Sales representatives. In the future when I look for an RV I will drop into Voyager RV again.

I just want to acknowledge the professional and good service I received when I picked up my trailer on April 16th.
I would like commend the staff in closing the deal and arranging storage until I could come to Winfield to pick it up. The delay was due to snow conditions on the Coq and Connector. I would also like to thank the parts department for the assistance. Thanks to our salesman for explaining the features of the trailer to my wife and I. There were a couple of other people involved in getting us on the road. Someone did some re wiring for the stabilizer jacks. Someone one did the final hook up and someone hauled the unit to the edge of the property. All in all there were a lot of people involved and everyone appeared to enjoy what they were doing. Thank you very much for the good service.

We arrived home in Victoria without any problem, but have not had an opportunity to go camping. I'm sure there will be some questions after our first trip.

It's easy to complain about poor after sale service, and easier to forget to compliment those that got the extra mile to ensure that their customer receives the highest standard of after sale service that can be provided. I bought a new motor home from Voyager RV in June, and have enjoyed excellent warranty service ever since. This despite the fact that Calgary and Winfield are situated some 594km apart, about an eight-hour drive.

I'll tell you a little of how I arrived at your door. I was interested in seeing the Itasca Cambria or Winnebago Aspect (26A). The two local dealers were not interested in having the 26A in their line. I inquired of Winnebago as to where either could be viewed, and was directed to Voyager RV. I called your dealership and talked to one of your sales people, and arranged a time to fly out for a demonstration of the RV. I liked what I saw, and at this point I could have easily returned to Calgary and ordered a unit locally. I was so impressed with the honesty and straightforward way of doing business; I chose not to do so. I felt Voyager had earned the sale, and they should get my business. I have not regretted that decision.

My dealings with your service department have been equally pleasurable. I have had a few warranty issues that, because of distance, have been a bit complex to coordinate. Your Service Advisor, and his predecessor have always been able to enlist the cooperation of Itasca and a local Itasca dealer to get things done. While I have had warranty service with your own service department, that eight-hour drive is a problem, unless I am in Winfield for another purpose.

I am pleased that I bought my motor home from Voyager RV. Your people are a pleasure to do business with. I think what sets them apart from others, is their obvious integrity and a willingness to make the extra effort to see that the customer's needs are satisfied to the best of their ability. Congratulations on receiving Winnebago's Top Dealer in Canada award. You certainly deserve it.
