In BC, RV's are taxed at 5% GST and 7% PST. This applies to all New and Used as well as RV's sold privately. There are many advantages to purchasing from a dealer. When dealing on line or by phone you want to know that you are safe from fraud, unpaid liens, and questionable hold deposits. Our dealership and salespeople are licensed with the BC Motor Vehicle Sales Authority which is set up to train salespeople and protect consumers in the event a dealer is misleading.

If you reside outside of BC, you may be exempt from the 7% PST. If the Province you live in has its own PST or HST, you would be required to make up the difference with your local vehicle registries however you'll have the option to include this in your financing (o.a.c.). Truck campers need to be delivered to a border for out of province exemption, which we would arrange for you.

We also support Native Tax Exemption, if qualified, and we'll deliver your new RV to near by Reserve Land (free of charge).

Importing an RV from Canada to the USA is simple, especially with Voyager RV! We'll make sure you have the right documentation and with the strong US Dollar right now the timing is perfect. For US citizens, tax exemption is allowed when the RV is Delivered to the border for you, Kelowna is just 76 miles from the US border so the process is easy. If possible we do ask that you come to the dealership first to view the RV, receive a full orientation, complete paperwork and do any tow vehicle preparation, also to drop off a trade in if you have one - yes, we take trades! After that we arrange for a delivery truck to follow you to the border (minimal delivery charge may apply). Depending on your home State requirements, you may be required to pay tax when you register the RV. If you are financing your new RV our business office would send any necessary information your financial institution for approval prior to you making the trip.

Who would have thought that we could successfully buy an RV long distance, site unseen , with only the Internet and a phone !! And take delivery within ten days of first talking with him!

I bought a Jayco tent trailer from Voyager last summer, planning a trip in a couple of weeks, need a bike rack and I live in Victoria. Phoned every company here that sells them.......3 to 5 weeks to get one. Sent an email to Voyager, got a call from Tammy, who acted like finding me a bike rack would somehow save the world. She found what I wanted, had it shipped next day and it arrived at my house yesterday.
