In BC, RV's are taxed at 5% GST and 7% PST. This applies to all New and Used as well as RV's sold privately. There are many advantages to purchasing from a dealer. When dealing on line or by phone you want to know that you are safe from fraud, unpaid liens, and questionable hold deposits. Our dealership and salespeople are licensed with the BC Motor Vehicle Sales Authority which is set up to train salespeople and protect consumers in the event a dealer is misleading.

If you reside outside of BC, you may be exempt from the 7% PST. If the Province you live in has its own PST or HST, you would be required to make up the difference with your local vehicle registries however you'll have the option to include this in your financing (o.a.c.). Truck campers need to be delivered to a border for out of province exemption, which we would arrange for you.

We also support Native Tax Exemption, if qualified, and we'll deliver your new RV to near by Reserve Land (free of charge).

Kelowna is in the heart of the Central Okanagan and surrounded by mountains, beaches and sparkling lakes. Enjoy the many orchards and vineyards all through the valley, Kelowna is well known for its hot summers and mild winters.

USA Customers

Importing an RV from Canada to the USA is simple, especially with Voyager RV! We'll make sure you have the right documentation and with the strong US Dollar right now the timing is perfect. For US citizens, tax exemption is allowed when the RV is Delivered to the border for you, Kelowna is just 76 miles from the US border so the process is easy. If possible we do ask that you come to the dealership first to view the RV, receive a full orientation, complete paperwork and do any tow vehicle preparation, also to drop off a trade in if you have one - yes, we take trades! After that we arrange for a delivery truck to follow you to the border (minimal delivery charge may apply). Depending on your home State requirements, you may be required to pay tax when you register the RV. If you are financing your new RV our business office would send any necessary information your financial institution for approval prior to you making the trip.

Just wanted to say thank you for all your help with the purchase of our new (to us) RV! Especially Ian Gorst.. His commitment to enabling us to complete the deal was amazing ! Who would have thought that we could successfully buy an RV long distance, site unseen , with only the Internet and a phone !! And take delivery within ten days of first talking with him!
Also , thank you so much to all the staff who helped get us on the road .. Especially those who stayed after hours to help us transfer everything from our old RV to our Coach! The Coach has turned out to be everything you said .. And more!

What a wonderful experience!

I bought a Jayco tent trailer from Voyager last summer, planning a trip in a couple of weeks, need a bike rack and I live in Victoria. Phoned every company here that sells them.......3 to 5 weeks to get one. Sent an email to Voyager, got a call from Tammy, who acted like finding me a bike rack would somehow save the world. She found what I wanted, had it shipped next day and it arrived at my house yesterday.

Thank you Tammy, and thank you Voyager.

Best customer service ever.

— Peter B

We are loving our Springdale!! We’re gearing up for camping season.
Thank you for reminding me about roof inspection were heading down in July to your neck of the woods and closer to summer I will touch base with voyager to schedule an appointment.

Thanks again,

— Sherry
Good Morning Allan,

Just wanted to thank you again for your help yesterday and to let you know we had a terrific ride home. Dave, I also wanted to reach out and thank you and your terrific crew that assisted us yesterday, teaching us about the operation of things inside and outside our new Jayco Precept. They answered all of our questions and each offered us to contact them at any time if we had any further questions, which gave us a tremendous amount of confidence.

You have a great team!

Mike Roberts

I was very impressed by the service I received from Mike Roberts. He went above and beyond our expectations for answering our question -- including posting a comprehensive review of the unit to YouTube for us to view.

We are still exploring our options and timing for purchase and Mike's service demonstrates why Voyager RV is a place to deal with when we are ready.

— Bob W.
I would like to inform you the Newmar unit was delivered, an hour early, but we managed not to keep the driver waiting too long. I have to praise Voyager RV on the exceptionally clean condition of the unit.

Very Impressive!!

My wife and I wanted to trade our 2003 Sunova 30B in for a new 2011 Itasca Sunova 33C Class A. We tried all across Canada looking for the RV. Thanks to Allan Roberts, a salesman at Voyager RV Centre, we closed a deal and had the RV special ordered.

Voyager RV Centre is definitely #1 as we had to travel from Thunder Bay Ontario (1,700 miles one-way) and would do it again.

We experienced a flat tire shortly after we began our trip home. Jason Friesen, the sales manager at Voyager RV, refunded a portion of the new tire that I had to purchase. An action such as this shows you how the dealership is. We sure wish Voyager RV was closer to us. Thanks guys.

It is a pleasure to deal with a company that values its customer\'s satisfaction above all else. From our initial contact with Voyager RV to the sale and picking up of our motorhome, the Voyager RV staff - Allan, Lloyd and Shane went out of their way to make sure our dealings with Voyager were top notch. The motorhome, bought over the internet, was everything that Voyager promised and we are very satisfied with it.

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to the staff and management of Voyager RV. We bought our used 2006 Sportscoach Encore Diesel Pusher. Voyager put us up in a nearby park for two nights to get used to the unit as well they were nearby to service the unit. On our trip to the coast there were a few kinks that had to be looked after which we paid for and Voyager true to their word covered the cost of most of it. It is really refreshing to deal with and honorable company and we will be back.

Hi Jason,

We had a very enjoyable trip driving our Georgetown back to Kamloops. Larry was soon comfortable with the motorhome, and once we were home he said he was ready for a trip any time! The motorhome is even nicer than we remembered from our previous trip down to Voyager. Thanks again for all your guidance, patience and thoroughness. We couldn't have done all this so smoothly without you! In our book, you are a number one salesman and we'd highly recommend you and Voyager.

Have a great day, and a great summer!

— Sandra & Larry
We had been looking for just the "right" 5th wheel to suit our particular situation. After searching Western Canada online and on the telephone, we met our salesperson, Lorne Watson online when he responded to our email "trade in value" questionnaire. When we finally met face to face, Lorne was very friendly and took us through Voyagers vast inventory where we finally found our match. Lorne and the staff at Voyager RV made our purchase go extremely smooth with the professionalism you would expect making a major purchase.

To all at Voyager RV.... Thank You Very Much.

— Rod & Sandy
Hi Bruce,

Made it back to Dawson Creek last night, had a leisurely trip back (actually were waiting for the snow to melt here), "camped" 3 nights. We are extremely thrilled with our new purchase and service we received from everyone at Voyager RV. The truck handles the trailer perfectly. Thanks again Bruce, please pass on our appreciation to all involved with this purchase for getting us on the road so professionally and fast.

— George & Pinkie N.
I am very happy with the service provided by Jason. In fact, your dealership's service has been second to none on all questions answered and we have been communicating with many many dealerships (US & Canada) in search of the right unit for us. Although we have not seen the unit, I found Jason's price quote (see attached) to be reasonable and this is the first I've heard of the $500 fuel card, making it more attractive to consider a visit to your lot. The salesman also sent us a video tour which I thought was cool! Thanks!

— Corey C., Fort Sask, AB
The camper (rode) very well on the truck. Home by 9:00 PM. It was a pleasure dealing with you and the staff. Regards,

Merv got home last night with the motor home. I only took a fast look (It was late) but sure seems to be exactly what you told me it was. Merv said it handled beautifully.

I am very happy. Thanks for everything.
