We've designed an exclusive "Your Time is Valuable" RV Service customer support program, to ensure those who have bought (or will buy!) an RV from us can enjoy their RV adventures with as minimal disruptions as possible. Here's how it works!

Continue Camping

Prioritized Service for Essential Issues

If your RV experiences an issue that prevents safe use or impacts essential components, we'll prioritize you under our "Continue Camping" program.

Within 48 hours, we'll bring you in and provide a repair or fix plan, so you can get back to your camping adventures as quickly as possible.

Drive-Thru Express

Quick Maintenance & Repairs

For any maintenance or repairs estimated to take less than 1.5 hours, our "Drive-Thru Express" service has you covered.

We'll schedule your RV within 5-7 days—often even sooner—with the goal of completing repairs the same day. In many cases, there's no need to unhook your RV!

Tech Support

Expert Remote Assistance

Need assistance troubleshooting an issue? Call us anytime between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (Mon - Fri) to access our "Tech Support" service.

You'll speak directly with a Red Seal Journeyman Technician, who will guide you through the problem and help you resolve it remotely whenever possible.
