There's nothing quite like the excitement of RV Pickup Day. At Voyager RV, we're just as thrilled as you are, because this day marks the start of unforgettable camping memories ahead. To help you feel fully prepared, here's a friendly breakdown of what your visit will look like.
How Long Will It Take?
Plan to be with us for 2-3 hours. This gives our team the time needed to complete paperwork, insurance, tow setup, and, most importantly, your full RV orientation.
Trading In an RV or Vehicle?
If you're bringing a trade-in, your sales rep and manager will begin by checking it in. They'll confirm key component function, overall condition, and complete a moisture meter test of certain wall, roof and floor areas to ensure proper seal maintenance.
Paperwork & Warranty Options
If you're not trading anything in, your day typically starts with signing the bill of sale and finalizing any payments - with our Financial Services Team. You'll also get all info on Extended RV Warranty packages that you need - so you can understand the best way to protect your investment and enjoy extra peace of mind.
Your RV Walk-Through Orientation
This is the heart of Pickup Day! Expect at least one full hour with a dedicated team member walking you through your RV's systems, features, and function. Have lots of questions? Perfect, we want you to feel confident, so the back-and-forth is encouraged! (some customers will even video some parts of the orientation, so they can watch it again at home.)
Worried you won't remember everything? Totally normal! That's why Voyager offers a complimentary re-orientation here at the dealership, if you need one.
Tow Vehicle Hookup & Final Touch-Ups
Our certified RV Technicians will be on site to help you connect your tow vehicle to your new trailer, fifth wheel, or camper and make sure everything is safe and road-ready. Need a last-minute adjustment, or something small needs to be touched up on your RV? Our tech team is right there to take care of it. (better to get it done while the RV is here)
Parts Store Tour + Complimentary Gift Certificate
You'll also enjoy a guided tour of our RV Parts & Accessories Showroom. Our knowledgeable staff will highlight must-haves, helpful upgrades, and fun add-ons to enhance your camping season. Don't forget-as part of Voyager RV's Standard of Care pkg, you'll have a complimentary Parts Store Gift Certificate to spend towards what you want and need!
On-Site Insurance Support
No need to run around town, an insurance representative will be called in to be on site to help you get fully insured and receive your new license plates (or transfer existing ones from your trade-in).
